As the calming scent of freshly slapped and heated dough caresses my face , I eagerly await the savoury taste of Mr Dominos pizza. What greats me upon ordering and paying for my pizza is no surprise. This is just another in a long line of Dominos that have spread across the UK.
Terrible the staff. My Mother wanted to cancel an order only 5 minutes after placing it.she rang up to cancel order and the person who took the call said You forking can't you will just have to fuxxing have it. Disgusting not professional speaking to my mother like dirty. Will never order from here again been a regular customer for many years.
First visit so was unsure of menu....Lady trying to force my order as fast as possible (no one waiting behind), wanted three different 9" pizzas and plain garlic bread..cost 29. Know Dominos is expensive so cost NOT problem.Waited and listened to same person being more rude to 3 foreign students who were trying to ask lady simple questions about deals..."It's there on the menu, read it".Also listened to the phone ring constantly for 15 minutes with no one answering, only 4:15pm.....Got home with menu and realised I could have had another pizza for free and garlic bread had cheese and one child is allergic to cheese.......Food was nice though, but will try Papa John's next time..
Awful service, waited over an hour for delivery. Had to walk 15 minutes up the road to find the delivery driver who had no idea where or who he was, to find out he was missing half the order. Rang up to find out where the rest of my food was, to be told it'll be there in 20 minutes. Been over an hour since I rang up and the other half of my order still hasn't appeared, I don't hold much hope for it either. Definitely will not be wasting my money here again.
