Never informed me about any stage of my claim. The other person claimed liability straight away but it still took them 2 years to get a claim. after receiving my offer they kept hold of the cheque, told me three times on three separate occasions that it was sent out then changed their minds and said it wasn't. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! To this day i still haven't received my cheque

Possibly one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. Trying to buy my first house, everything with estate agents went very smoothly, to the point where I thought this is going to quick.Once the solicitors took over, I wouldn't say it slowed down, it stopped! After 2 weeks, I rang the estate agent, to see what my next move was, they told me they'd get the solicitors to ring me. They never rang! I rang the estate agents back, who told me, I'd been sent a pack 2 weeks earlier. Found it in my junk email file! They hadn't informed me they'd sent it.Filled the form in and took it to the solicitors myself, the same day. Handed the paperwork to the receptionist, who was wearing a pink tracksuit. I asked if I could speak to the person in charge of my file, as I was unsure if I'd filled it in right. She told me the person wasn't in the office. I told her I still needed to speak to someone. At this point she told me the person in charge of my file was the girl sat next to her. She'd just lured to me and the girl in charge of my file had allowed it.Anyway, fast forward 6 weeks. Expecting to to receive the keys any day. I rang twice on Monday they told me the girl would ring me back. I rang a 3rd time and was put through. The girl had no messages to ring me back. I asked for an update. She told me that my file was with another girl and that she'd ring me back the next day. At this point, i let it be known that i had about 3 and a half weeks left on my contract for my rented property. Sge told me shed make a note on my file. Alas, no phone call on Tuesday. I rang back on Wednesday, spoke to the girl, who informed me the girl I needed to speak to was not in that day. I'd explained that I'd spoken to her on Monday and she said the girl would ring me. She told me she'd look at the file. She told they didn't even have the mortgage agreement in there. Bear in mind, after 8 weeks, this is worrying. I was expecting to get the keys. So far, after 8 weeks, they've done absolutely nothing. I repeated to her that I needed to be out in 3 and a half weeks. She replied that there was no note on the file, to which I replied that she had told me on Monday that she'd put it on there. She apologised, and assured me that it would definitely be there. She also assured me they'd have it done, before I was homeless.Later that day I received another email (in my junk file), it was the sellers file, off another member of the solicitors staff. There was a mistake in this file (Not my solicitors fault). I decided to ring and tell them about it. After telling the member of staff, I asked if he was aware of the time constraints I was under. He replied, that there was nothing on my file.............amazing!!Of the 6 phone messages I left, expecting a call back, I received zero.I'm expecting a call from them today. I don't think I'll hold my breath or cross my fingers!
