Suggest if you are not happy with their service you pick the phone up to the at fault insurer who can provide you with a better service. Why deal with this firm when you really don't have too?
I could write a long essay on this company. However, in a nutshell, I will never deal with this company again. Unresponsive and very slow. Inadequate updates, can never get through on the phone lines or to the relevant person...How they are still in business is beyond me. And they claim they are no win no fee - this is questionable, so be wary

i had appointment to doctor (appointment and doctor was arranged by them) in november and it took 6 month to arrive doctors report to solictors... in 21st century 6 month wait for 1 page of A4 is too much...for barrister it took another 4 month to get my personal injury claim price (personal injury was very simple just broken leg no head injury or something like this)
try to avoid this "company" they are absolutely irresponsible.every time you will call them you will speak to robots which are programed to say "we don't know how long takes" and "we can not guarantee" and " you have to wait" they don't even try to explain anything.and if you are lucky after 1.5 years they will charge 25% and some other fees which are not told in contract and the claim will be low.
