We had a terrible experience with Morecrofts in Woolton however after speaking with the head partner I feel it's a company that has NO professionalism and NO returning customers so has to resort to tricks and lies to run up unnecessary & unexpected bills, the misleading 'advice!' starts at the receptionist who states she doesn't know anything about charges , "just discuss this with the solicitor..." as you walk in the door BOOM! they've got your bill spiralling higher and higher, literally from a 15 minute conversation, yes even without your consent or knowledge, "don't worry you have 7 days cool off period" while we send you the contract through the post that says .YOU DON'T! the low levels they stoop to is breathtaking in my opinion and would never advise anyone to go near them.
