I had been a member here since it opened & enjoyed training here until I received an email telling me that i 'behaved unacceptably in the gym' and my membership was subsequently terminated with no explanation at all as to what unacceptable thing I did.The only thing I can imagine it was is that I left some plates on a deadlift bar as I was in a rush, normally I'd put them all away. Sure it's not good gym etiquette but to ban me for that is ludicrous.
Decent facilities. Has everything you'd expect.
Always clean unlike its city center counterpart! I go late at nights, 11pm-3am, and quite often I'm the only one of a couple of people there at those times.
Good price, good location and open 24/7. Only one Power Bar though but otherwise well kitted out for the general gym user. Could do with some heavier dumbbells as current max is only 38kg.Need to start barring people who don't put the kit away after they've used it (strip bars down, put the plates away and re-rack the dumbbells) It literally takes only a few seconds to do but people are ignorant, newbies as well as ego lifters are guilty. A three strikes and your out type of thing would sort that out.
Nice 24hr gym, friendly staff. Gym and changing rooms are always clean and have good music on. Variety of machines and never any waiting time
