I'm a big Samsung fan I used to purchase my phone's at this shop. Now it's a purchase the phone only shop with a SIM contract with any network.The prices are expensive but you can get deals with cashback and cash for your trade in. Dillon explained how the system works. I shall therefore purchase my new phone at the store. They also move over your stored items for free.Unfortunately I went back to the store Dillon was off and the guy was clearly not bothered about a deal. I bought elsewhere!!
Great experience. The people there are very nice and helpful. And if you need help to migrate from IPhone to Samsung, and need a little training on how to use your new Samsung on maximum that's the place to go. And it's free of charge.
Came in as my phone was always slow charging. They cleaned the port quickly and free of charge. Cheers !
Went into Samsung store on advice of phone store as they suggested Samsung staff know more about their products. This was proven correct as the staff i spoke to was very knowledgeable, enquired what i use phone for & recommended the right phone for me. I had considered buying a much more expensive model & based on his advice can make a saving of approx. 500. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit & experience their expert knowledge of Samsung products.
