Absolutely love this shop. The guys especially Diego, Andy and Kelvin couldnt do enough for me. Any issues are immediately sorted and I wouldnt go anywhere else in Merseyside for my TVs or accessories. 5 stars is not enough.
Great little shop with good deals and knowlegable staff. Next door to the bombed out church so pretty handy for Lime Street station and a short walk from Liverpool 1.
Brilliant service from Richer Sounds Liverpool. They sent a courier to collect my broken TV, had it repaired in a few days and arranged a courier to return it to me. The TV is over 3 years old, and the repair was covered by my excellent 5 year guarantee. All this in the week running up to Christmas, and Initial collection on a Sunday. Staff were excellent as always, not bothering me until I was ready to talk to them and helping me with my purchase. As always, the service I received was first rate. I had a couple of queries, which the sales person answered clearly and, throughout my transaction, I was treated with respect, politeness and in an extremely friendly manner. The CD player I was buying was the last of its model in stock and I had previously phoned through to reserve it so, upon my arrival at the store, my package was ready to collect. For years, I have bought all my hi-fi and televisions from Richer Sounds in Liverpool, always including their own fantastic extended warranty, and I will continue to do so into the future.
