Absolutely awful service. Went to get shellac done on my hands, and I wouldnt go back there again if it was the last place on Earth. The nail technician did not know what she was doing at all and wasnt even paying attention to what she was doing when she broke my nail. After which she tried to tell me that it wasnt broken when clearly there was a chunk of my nail missing. When it came to painting my nails, I had no hope left and wanted to just do it myself, as she seemed as if she was painting nails for the first time ever. Absolutely no care was taken into how she was painting them and kept dabbing the ends of my nails, which is absolutely pointless. So careless and unprofessional. And dont even get me started on the state of her nails. If you are a nails technician, surely you should have presentable hands yourself, and not dirty chewed up fingers. Not presentable in any sense of the word. To top things off, 2 days after getting my nails done, the shellac is peeling off already.Money down the drain. Definitely need to invest in either better nail technicians or train them properly.
Went there for an updo as I was going to a ball- my hair looked amazing and it stayed in place all night. It was a really welcoming salon. Highly recommended.
Terrible customer service. Went online to make my booking which was successful received confirmation email made arrangements to get to my hair appt. HOURS later I received a missed call..... no voicemail was left. Rang the number back to discover it was the salon. Very rude lady answered and told me my appointment was cancelled. No explanation was given, she was abrupt ill mannered and no apology was made. Just be aware to confirm your booking. As no voicemail or message was left I could of ended up landing at the hairdressers to be told they couldn't fit me in! I appreciate things sometimes need changed or can't be accommodated my issue is with customer service and the ill mannered way the lady informed me. I did not feel I was welcome at all to come to their salon. Have never been to salon and won't be attempting to go again.
