Brilliant service, would highly recommend.Booked to have half leg wax, it was last minute and they managed to fit me in, then I was an absolute pain and changed the time of the appointment the day before, nothing was too much trouble. Had a lovely girl Heidi see to me, she was very friendly and professional, she did an excellent job
Just had an AWFUL experience at Vogue Hair and Beauty Lounge. Please keep away from the place. Not at all professional. I booked to get my chest and back waxed. I've got it done elsewhere before and it takes about an hour. But this girl clearly didn't have enough experience. She waxed my back and stomach and left all the chest hair. She said she couldn't finish it and suggested to trim rest of the chest. She just went out of the room twice for about 5-10 mins and left me to it in the room. When I went out I learned that she rang her manager in the meantime to come and speak to me. The manager couldn't even finish off the job because she didn't know how to. Absolutely pathetic. The girl didn't even have the decency to apologise. Would she be happy if the same thing happened with her? Most certainly not. I really stress not to use this place. It's an absolute disgrace.
I booked colleagues into the salon the morning of ladies day at Chester races, they all had a wonderful experience, Heidi and all the other girls made the morning welcoming and looked after the needs of all the girls.
