Rachel is the life and soul of this place her smile and carisma just shines throughout if you go to Neills you really do hope you get served by Rachel she is fantastic. Love the breakfast here. Easily in my top two for breakfast in Liverpool. Everything is of good quality. If you're in or around the city centre and you have time for breakfast I would highly recommend. The staff are always lovely and they always give a friendly, professional and efficient service.
The friendliest service I have had in Liverpool. The dear old lady sat down at the table with me and had a chat. I was there pretty early and the only one in there. The fry up was great. More than I could eat. I think the exterior has changed a bit, but I am glad I got a snap the way it was. Because it is a great UK pic with the taxi in it and all. Go here.
Great place to start drinking before heading off into town, staff are very friendly, always a brilliant band to entertain and the drinks are just standard priced. Get served pretty quick too! Definitely recommend!
