Lovely friendly little pub with good beers and cocktails
Every place on Saturday in Liverpool was packed so had to settle for Manhattan Bar & Grill. In my opinion this place is good for drinks and that's as far as I would take it. Ordered wings and LA chicken. Wings were soaked in bbq sauce rather than hot sauce. I would recommend just putting the sauce on the side or skip the wings altogether. Same goes for the LA chicken dish...the sweet sauce doesn't have to be a bath for your meal. Chicken wasn't bad by any means it just didn't have to swim in that sauce. Beer was delicious but that's very hard to screw up :)
Always love this place the food is Fantastic, the atmosphere is great and the staff are supurb!!! Always make sure when I am out and about in the heart of Liverpool City centre I visit this place for food and drinks or even just a great cocktail with great company.
Just fabulous. Excellent food, service, care and very friendly. We went when the giants were there and they were mega packed but coped fabulously and with a smile. Great atmosphere.
The service originally was brillant and if we just stayed for a drink I would have no complaints.However when we sat in the restaurant section and ordered food, that's when it started going wrong.First off they didn't hacevany pizzas left. That's fine, no problem with that.They took ages with the drinks, which was 2 cordials and a bottle of corona. Not a difficult order but when they did arrive it also included a drink we didn't order. After 40 minutes we were still waiting for our food, yet tables who ordered after us had received theirs. When we queried it, we were told the kitchen was now plating up the child's pasta. The look on his face when we said they had ordered chicken nuggets was priceless. It was also at that point we decided to leave and try somewhere else.
