Great place for easy drinks with friends. Student atmosphere and nice open layout. Decent range of beer and food.
One of the best pizza spots in town with much more than all the usual topping plus burger, chicken etc. Great food, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere catering for all ages. Next door to Lime St Station and walking distance to all of the main attractions and shops. If you haven't been you're missing out!

Pros -- Quiet place to go if you want to be able to hold a conversation with friends.- Jays QuizCons - - Used to love the food here, but toppings have been removed from favourite dishes, which now taste bland. Price remains the same.- Terrible service depending on if youre known to the bar staff. If not, order before you become hungry as youll be starving by the time you get served. - Portion sizes massively reduced. (Again, no price decrease).SummaryThis used to be one of my favourite places to spend my money on food and socialise with friends. Its now rapidly declined, which is a shame as it has such potential being in a prime location. For anyone wishing to visit, dont be surprised if youve been waiting a while at the bar to get served and someone walks up and gets served before you.
I enjoy coming here, mainly for pre-drinks and retro gaming on the N64 console that they have during the day and weekend. The food is really delicious and you don't wait too long for it to cook either. The entire kitchen and bar staff are very friendly. I highly suggest you get a Dough Bar card, as it will save you a few quid on drinks and you'll get deals. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Liverpool, looking for a decent place to drink and eat, also please ignore that review below me. I have never waited that long for food and the food quality has always been perfection.
