Great visit to the Tate, had a look round during a short visit to Liverpool. There are many exhibitions within and the building has fantastic accessibility. It's right by the docks and has a donation entry fee, so you can give whatever you can afford. Although some of the art was a little lost on me, there is something for everyone. There are toilets as well as beers and restaurants nearby if you fancy some food after all the art.
This is a beautiful art gallery. I saw paintings, sculpture, social art, short films and what not. And the best of all, it's free!!I would recommend to go and check the place, is worth your time!
Great experience! Wonderful variety of exhibitions on, the Warhol pieces and Constellation exhbition is great. Loved the rainbow floor room! Extremely friendly gallery attendant who have no problem answering questions or showing you around
The Tate at the Albert Dock, Liverpool is a fascinating gallery with exhibitions and paintings from a variety of artists. Staff are available throughout the building to provide detailed information on any of the works on show. Entry is free unless you want to visit specific exhibitions, at which point there may be a cost. A light and airy gallery providing space to easily move around and enjoy the exhibitions. The shop on the ground floor has a lot to choose from, and of course spend your money on
Really nice museum. Super helpful staff and facilities. I totally recommend. Entrance is free but we left a good donation as they kept our bags while we went to have a coffee. Supper recommended
