Good in the end. However my 1st lesson was cancelled and we weren't informed until waiting there 1 hour after it was meant to start
Always been supportive and showed guidance when I have contacted them.The place to be in regards to flying on a professional and high standard.Seem as though they know the issue of safeguarding an d showing a duty of care to customers. Manners and support were impeccable and in all, many thanks for listening.MY consultant is retiring soon and I would like to acknowledge the help and support he has given me when I have been really, really poorly.
