absolute nightmare lies lies lies, i was told my hotel in malaga spain had a pool and a bar only to arrive and find no bar an no pool. when i got in touch with the shop was told to pay my own taxi to a different hotel.witch did have but only opened at 12.30 pm untill 2.00 pm. ive had stuff stolen my phone smashed. tv never worked and room not cleaned in a week. so i would like to say thank you to hays travel for the worst holiday experience of my life but safe in the knowledge that i will never use this joke shop again. i would strongly advise people not to use this travel agent.

After having a awful few experiences from travel Agents including the Thomas Cook on Allerton road.Found this little gem of a store. The Advisor was so helpful nothing was too much. Booked my florida holiday with Jeni right there and then.she went through everything all the added little extras from booking my seats to fast tracks and airport lounges. I left 6000 lighter but know my money and holiday is in complete safe hands.Will Always be using Hays from now on. Sevice is next to none and all the staff are amazing!!Well done girls customer for life
