Used to love it. Now I realise that its nothing but a dirty mud pile which must be like the 3rd least used station on the Merseyrail Network. Just behind Overpool and Little Sutton. Still a great station though

This station is on the Northern Line and serves trains that run between Hunts Cross and Southport.
Helpful staff but could really do with a makeover - a canopy and larger shelter would certainly be able of benefit in cold and rainy weather! Access to platforms via outdoor steps only. Kept very clean and tidy though.
