A no show booked for a wedding drop off hung up when I tried to find out where the cab was!! Wouldn't recommend since was able to stop a group of friends booking them for airport drop offs over the summer.

Ridiculous service. Taxi booked for 2pm and was asked if it could arrive earlier. One job before us but will be there when I can was what we were told. 50 minutes after initial booking and still waiting to leave. Phone call made and we were told that the times were changed so it affected it. And it's a little out of there way. I'm sorry but aren't taxis not meant to pick up and drop off? Paid for a service and because we asked for it earlier it's now late? What a joke of a service. No offer of partial refund or money off. Can see why you have 1.8 stars out of 5 shambles. Never mind being an hour late this morning too. Great customer service guys
I would give zero stars but I don't know if that is possible. The company should be well and truly ashamed of themselves. I wouldn't usually write a review but don't want other people to be caught out.Pre-paid for a mini bus, which did not show up, after many many calls to try and get in touch with them they just ignored all of our calls. Really disappointed.
Exemplary ServiceI couldn't get a confirmed booking by any other taxi firm in the Litherland area for my disabled husband for Christmas Day till I rang LCR Taxis Sefton, who had been recommended by a mutual friend. I was anxious because it was Christmas and the firsttime we had needed to use a taxi for a disabled person. The operator who took my booking was very pleasant and reassuring. On Christmas Day the taxi came exactly on time for both the journeys going and coming home. The driver was very helpful looking after my husband, wheeling him into and out of the taxi. He was courteous and friendly and treated the family with the utmost respect and consideration, totally putting me at ease. I can't praise this company enough. Their service was exemplary and I would strongly recommend them. I now would not consider using any other taxi firm especially for disabled users.
