First time visiting the infra red sauna in Childwall. Very welcoming on arrival! Absolutely loved the sauna, felt very comfortable as I don't usually like sauna's. Nice to have some time to myself and it have health benefits too. We have booked in for the Detox in January already :) Only downfall is there isn't anywhere to get changed in private.
Absolutely love this place! So nice to have half an hour all to myself but knowing its doing me good! I felt amazing afterwards and had less muscle ache & slept really well! The staff here are so lovely & really informative & friendly this shop is a credit to them & you can tell they are passionate about what they do & about your health! The actual place itself is spotless too!
