A poorly ran estate agents that are quick at arranging viewings but everything after that is slow and hard work.They never answer emails. You then have to chase them via a phone call where they will probably not have an answer. They will then promise to email you back and won't. Really do not recommend because they haven't got the basics right.
I've used Belvoir for years to rent out my house. Martin and his team have always been incredibly helpful and responsive, sorting issues out as soon as possible for either me as the landlord, or the tenants. Martin in particular, is always happy to speak, regardless of time of the day - on one occasion when having tenancy issues, he was at Disneyland with his family! I can't rate them highly enough - I am confident that you'll be pleased with the service provided.
