Went here last night and bought a table as a female group, my night got ruined by a racist bouncer , a bald mixed race/light skin guy who was aggressive in two females faces telling us we could not get back to our table coming back from the toilet because their staff had forgotten to give us wristbands after spending hundreds at the club. the manager wasnt bothered, the man at the front desk wasnt bothered, the bouncer acted like he was going to punch us as females for asking to get back to our VIP table, you would never get away with treating women like that in other parts of the country. Do yourself a favour do NOT spend your money here, spend it somewhere where the service and treatment is worth it, unless you want to be treated like an animal because of the colour of your skin.
RACIST BOUNCERS! The bouncers at this venue are absoluetly awful definitely need to be fired! Their behaviour is disgusting and they are very aggressive, nasty people!

I went here a few weeks ago with my partner I thought maybe I'm a bit old to go in(I'm 47) and I'd feel out of place and everyone would be the same age as my kids(in their twenties) but I had a great night I actually had someone come and ask if I was enjoying my night don't know if it was member of staff or customer but I had a ball lol ( got very drunk) the only complaint I had was my three day hangover haha
Group of 5 of us tried to get in. Was told by the bouncer, no people from Birmingham or Wolverhampton were allowed in because we cause trouble. After some convincing we managed to get in but it ruined the atmosphere for me. Would like to go out and have fun without being treated like a criminal. Considering I'm a business owner, home owner amd family man, its particularly annoying to be stereotyped in such a way.
