October 2017. Kirkby. Locked out late afternoon midweek and got no help from the people who fitted my front door. Was eventually told no one could come from their subsidiary company who which was supposed to deal with emergencies.Used Google and chose Paul. Made contact on the office number and waited a very short while for Paul to call me on his mobile. He was on his way to another job.He called me back 10 minutes before he arrived so I could meet him at the house.He replaced the lock and gave me three keys for it. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I think it was reasonably priced.Being locked out is a stressful experience. Call Paul - he takes the stress away. Thank you Paul.
