All done with an app... amazing
My first visit, I had an issue with their mobile app preventing me from washing (has since been resolved). It's late and theres no attendant or anyone. Nowhere else close is open. Despair. I called support expecting to get an answering service in Malaysia that would tell me to send an email.. Was very pleased and surprised to hear a local's voice on the other end. The gentleman (so sorry I don't remember your name) got me up and running, no problems! 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Great support, great service!
I was served by a lovely lady . It's all done by an app. I'm not very good at that stuff she was so helpful. I couldn't have done it without her great service
Very good service! You don't need the App because the staff can activate the washing machine and the dryer and you can pay cash.
I was visiting from out of town and working at a nearby office. My stay was extended and I found myself in a pinch to wash my clothes! The staff member was incredibly nice and helpful. The laundry service here uses an app (so modern and cool!) so that you can pay for the machines. The staff member showed me how to get the app and move through my appointment seamlessly! AMAZING service!!
