We looked at some reviews about having a ring resized and we thought it seemed good so we gave them a try. We were not dissapointed. We asked for 2 rings to be resized for us at a cost of 30 each. The service was a1 and whilst you have security stood at the door, letting you in as you approach, they too were pleasant and did not make you feel uncomfortable. We have been advised 10 days to collect our rings and we hope we will not be dissapointed but for 1st impressions and the level of service we have initially received, they cannot be faulted.Update: rings were immaculate! You wouldn't know they had been adjusted! Very impressed

I always go to this place for jewellery alterations, their location is so convenient and Ive always been met with a smile. Ive never been disappointed with the quality of the work and once when there was a misunderstanding over a bracelet alteration (which I was planning to wear to a wedding the weekend coming) they fixed it right there and then while I waited. Top quality service!

We went here for my Engagement ring & wow the customer service we received was perfect. Sara was so helpful....my ring needed to be altered & it was done in 90mins as they have an in-house workshop. We also received a bottle of Fizz thrown in.Thank you all at Wongs for making our day so special.
