Excellent bike insurance
Did an online quote, we ticked the box where it said hadn't bought bike yet. Within hours they were ringing my 16 year old whilst he was at school, he diverted the calls to me, they rang again, I firmly told them to delete our details from their system, badgering a 16 year old whilst he is in school, they should be ashamed of themselves.
Generally found them OK until my renewal. Their price match quote is utterly false. I did the go compare thing and got a renewal price of 157 when I went back to bike insurer for the price match, they tried to put my renewal up to 202 "for the same level of cover" . I'm thinking of reporting them to trading standards, my advice is do not use.
Dont waste your time I called three times in a row only to be told they hadnt received the four emails I sent from both my yahoo and google email accounts I sent emails between these my accounts and I got them my girlfriend got email from both my accounts immediately anyway these guys say cant match the quote as havent got the emails I had the quote from wicked quotes have a reference number which I couldve provided they didnt even ask for this and didnt seem to bothered when I said Ill go take wicked quotes quotation so I suspect there bold claim of will beat any quote is an out and out lie I will never use you guys again good bye you lost my custom
Great service. The best way to search for insurance just fill details in once and that's it. Can't recommend bike insurer enough. As a first bike bloke I had to search for a deal. Good deal found straight away, simple.
