I am extremely disappointed with this company! I placed an order over the phone with sales guy called Jamie, then few hours later I received a phone call back to say we've given offered you a discount that we can't owner so we will credit you and canceled your order. I've asked to meet halfway the guy said I will speak with the manager and get back to you. Surprise...surprise.. they never called back so I had to chase the following day only to be advised weve credit it you, we can't do anything. Keep well way from this company, they can't communicate not can they serve there customers!
The part they sent was nothing like the picture on their website, so therefore it was incorrect and not what I thought I was buying. They agreed to refund me for the part but not the shipping costs which was disappointing. I am out of pocket through their poor advertising and misrepresentation of goods.
Absolutely brilliant experience dealing with this co. Ordered online and received the item (vitopro pack bag) 3days later. However i hadn't come with its shoulder strap. Phoned up and got an easy appreciative response and the strap arrived two days later. No problems in communication and absolutely brilliant customer care. 5 stars all the way!
