AWESOME!!!!! ORDERED FLOWERS TODAY AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE WAS FANTASTIC, POLITE AND MADE IT EASY. DELIVERED QUICKLY AND FLOWERS WERE EXCELLENT. NEVER NORMALLY LEAVE FEEDBACK BUT I HAD TO THIS TIME!!!!THE BLOOMING WONDERFUL FLOWER SHOP!!!!
This florist failed to deliver our wedding flowers (ordered by my mother in law) until after we prodded them, and then they were late. I decided to give the florist another chance and ordered a dozen long-stem roses for Valentines day, paying extra for a specified time. The roses were sent to the wrong address and at the wrong time. We had to collect them. Then, there were only 11 roses! I phoned the florist to explain the problem, but the manager was not in, and the staff were incapable of making any comments (other than was I sure there were only 11 roses). I left a message for the manager to contact me, but there was no follow up. Needless to say, Ill be using a different florist in the future.
