On 31/8/18 I tried to return a vacuum after it developed a fault after 4 months with my proof of purchase. Customer service (Becky) refused to allow me to return it, telling me it was not their problem, ring the manufacturer. I reminded her of the consumer laws and rights to no avail. She actually laughed out loudly when I left the shop and I still have a broken hand held vacuum, DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE,
