Very poor service! Understaffed, no duty socilotor attended then Understaffed on probation officers waited over two hours to get an appointment to see a propagation officer. However seems to be alot of office people and people walking round doing absolutely nothing but trying to make themselves look busy. There is no communication between Colleagues ect, the whole place was a total shambles and waste of time.
