Have been using these for a couple of years now since I got my car new and they've always done a good job. My only recommendation is for the addition of an air gun to blow standing water out from behind wing mirrors etc which will often all come flowing out when you're driving.
Used these a few times. Always do a boss job, Staff are friendly, helpful and sound! Car came out sparkling. Only got a 10 wash aswell, so I cant even imagine what my car would be like if I went for a higher price They also filled my washers up for me. Also adviced me where to get my wheel looked at and my body work as there are a few specks of brake dust embedded into my front wheel and wheel arch, they told me they tried their best to get it off, which they did as they spent about 15 minutes trying. Overall, a decent car wash to go to. They also have a few sites dotted around Liverpool so you cant miss them!
I would like to take this opportunity to say that I've been using the great Howard street site for a few years now with minimal issues however over the past few months things have deteriorated there. Firstly I don't know how many times I've had to stop lads putting screen wash in the engine coolant. Considering I go here every week it shouldn't be a mistake that is repeated. I've just had to stop getting screenwash refills.Secondly the standard of the washes aren't as good as they used to be. I'm again constantly having to remind the lads to get the soap off my wing mirrors which is often met with an attitude. Even though at the time I'm there I can be the only person there they're rushing to get you out. No, I don't want them to spend hours washing the car with a toothbrush but when you're making mistakes and your general workmanship is poor then taking an extra minute to ensure the car is properly dried won't hurt.Considering this is by far the most expensive car wash in Liverpool I can't get my head around why this place is going down hill. I know some of the lads by first name basis with the amount of times I've been so it hurts writing this review but either the owner needs to give better training, allow more time per vehicle or bring in new staff.
**Update - Was contacted by Ed who offered me a free valet because of the poor service I received a few months ago. I took my car down and the guys got to it right away. 40 mins later and it was ready, which is good timing for the full valet. The guys let me have a look at the job and asked me if I was happy with it. I was. They really did a fantastic job, and I'm grateful that they took these steps to resolve my issue with coming here, as i have been coming here for a long time. I like the proud t's they use on my car as other places tend use lower quality stuff which isn't great on my car. They even took the time to get out a few scuff marks on the side of my door from my bag, so I was happy with that too. Above and beyond service which is the standards I am used to from the five star wash. I will now be coming back regularly. Thank you.
