Avoid. Called up to check whether my Mini was still under TLC. Woman on reception (who needs to go on a customer service course asap) told me it wasn't. I queried this and she was short. Called Halliwell Jones Southport about TLC. Friendly staff there said it was still under TLC. Had I not called Southport, Liverpool would've charged me for a service . I will never deal with Liverpool Mini again. Save your wallet and go to Southport instead.
Vehicle recall repair-I received a pleasant reception from Paula (I think is her name) as I walked through the doors and was directed to Eric to drop my keys. The waiting area was well thought about- plenty of seating area, a coffee machine and some biscuits and cake. I spend around 8 hours waiting for my car and felt like I was looked after. BMW have really thought about their clientele.
Had my car serviced here a couple of times but always feel that they have taken to much work on and that they are doing you a favour by squeezing you in.
I dropped my car for full service, it was really quick, but they didn't give me a report, I asked and just said me everything is fine, nothing to report.That make me think bad, what they check? What they did
Nice comfortable waiting area, and very pleasant staff, but the price was far too high. I got a job that I am very happy with done for 4 times less than they quoted me, and that was a " we'll try to keep the price down" quote, as someone had hit my parked car and driven off, so I was not going through my insurance.
